European Parliament: Patriots want to pay back embezzled funds

It appears that the Patriots for Europe group in the European Parliament have been involved in receiving questionable donations and awarding contracts without a bidding process. Apparently they adopted these financial practices from their predecessor, the Identity and Democracy group.
