Construction Products Regulation: Industry complains about lack of implementing acts shortly before entry into force

The Construction Products Regulation (CPR) is intended to help boost residential construction. (European Union, 2024)

New products cannot be placed on the market because the Commission has not yet published delegated acts. The European Tool Association criticizes this and is calling for the regulations to be postponed by two years.
