Bosnia-Herzegovina: Commission about to recommend accession negotiations

Bosnia-Herzegovina can hope: This week or next week at the latest, the EU Commission should adopt its recommendation to start accession negotiations. The country could then catch up with Ukraine and Moldova, which are waiting for the negotiating framework.
