WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control: EU wants to agree on position by Oct. 30

In the struggle for a common position among member states for the Conference of the Parties on the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, the German government has welcomed the Commission's clarification that it is not considering a ban on filter cigarettes.
