WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control: EU ambassadors could vote on EU position at COP11

The Danish Council Presidency has presented a new compromise for the position of the Member States at the eleventh Conference of the Parties to the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. There are strong doubts as to whether it is capable of winning a majority.
