WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control: Commission draws up new compromise proposal

This week, the EU member states want to vote on their position for COP11 of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control in Geneva in mid-November. Bans on flavorings and filter cigarettes are among the measures being discussed.
