Trade unions demand more focus on 'quality jobs'

The European Trade Union Confederation is calling on the EU Commission to do more for qualified employees. This would also have a positive impact on competitiveness. There have been "initial signals" from the Commission in this direction, says ETUC President Esther Lynch.
