Trade agreement with Australia fails for the time being

The trade agreement between the EU and Australia has failed for the time being. Australia was not prepared to agree to the previously agreed duty-free quotas for beef, lamb and sugar. Bernd Lange (SPD), head of the trade committee, calls Australia's actions absurd.
