Russian fertilizer: Why the EU tariff plans are not enough for German industry

The EU wants to impose tariffs on Russian and Belarusian fertilizers, thus giving in to a demand from local fertilizer manufacturers. Nevertheless, the latter are not satisfied with the proposal.
