Russia sanctions: Hungary withdraws veto

In the run-up to the meeting of EU foreign ministers, diplomats had suspected that Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orbán was just playing poker. In fact, he has now ended his blockade against the extension of the Russia sanctions – in return for assurances.
