Regional elections in Spain: Sánchez stays the course despite election defeat

In the regional election in Andalusia, the Spanish prime minister’s PSOE Party garnered only about 22% of the vote. Nevertheless, Sánchez intends to stick to his plan of fielding former ministers as the top candidates in the upcoming regional elections in Madrid and Valencia.
