Rare earths: Commission presents strategic mining sites in third countries.

To reduce dependence on China for rare earths, the European Commission has presented new raw materials projects outside Europe. EU Commission Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič warned of a worrying situation in the European automotive and industrial sectors.
