Public procurement reform: Construction industry calls for protection against unfair competition

It is one of the tasks that Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has set herself for the new mandate: a reform of public procurement. The German construction industry hopes that the revision of the current rules will lead to fairer competition for European companies.
