Packaging Ordinance: Parliament proposes derogation

In a compromise package for the trilogue on the Packaging Ordinance on Monday, rapporteur Frédérique Ries (Renew) proposes an exemption: In countries that have already achieved recycling targets, bans on certain single-use packaging should not apply.
