NATO Military Committee: Why the supreme commander is not ruling out further US troop withdrawals

According to NATO Supreme Commander Alexus Grynkewich, any further withdrawal of US troops from Europe depends on the allies’ build-up of military capabilities. In the future, the US could limit itself to strategic capabilities that Europe is not yet able to provide on its own.
