Migration: Lebanon to hold back Syrian refugees with EU money

Crisis-ridden Lebanon is receiving €1 billion from Brussels to prevent Syrians from fleeing to Cyprus. With this deal, EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen is meeting the demands of the Cypriot president.
