LNG: US could replace Norway as the European Union’s main supplier

The EU is importing increasing amounts of liquefied natural gas from the US, at a faster rate than expected. Although US LNG is generally more expensive, the contracts are considered more flexible. This trend is being driven by geopolitical crises.
