Immigration of skilled workers: Council and Parliament clear the way for talent pool

The EU talent pool has two tasks. Firstly, it is intended to alleviate the shortage of skilled workers in the EU. Secondly, it should pave the way for immigrants to enter the EU legally. The Council and Parliament have given it the green light in the trilogue.
