German government disappoints decision-makers on digitalization

Germany's decision-makers give the traffic light coalition mediocre marks. According to the exclusive survey, things look particularly bad regarding digital expansion: Only 0.6 percent see a high level of competence here. This also has an impact on the minister ranking.
