Energy costs: Industry demands permanent electricity price of EUR 50

The energy-intensive industrial sector in Europe is calling on the EU Commission and the member states to introduce a permanent electricity price of EUR 50 per megawatt hour. This differs from the current industrial electricity price in Germany.
