DSA: ChatGPT to be named a very large online platform or a search engine

The EU Commission is investigating whether ChatGPT falls under the Digital Services Act, as it may have more than 45 million monthly active users in the EU. It remains to be seen whether the service will be classified as a platform or a search engine.
