DMA: Apple appeals against the Commission's decision

Apple is defending itself against the classification of its platform services as gatekeepers within the meaning of the Digital Markets Act (DMA). The company has filed complaints against decisions by the EU Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union announced in a post on X.
