Diesel dispute: Breton answers Wissing

In the dispute over the alleged threat of decommissioning certain diesel cars, the EU Commission has described statements by Transport Minister Volker Wissing as "misleading." The FDP politician was unimpressed by Thierry Breton's response at the weekend.
