Customs reform: EU finance ministers favor ten percent duty on small parcels

On Friday the EU finance ministers hope to reach an agreement on a temporary duty on small parcels in order to stem the flood of e-commerce parcels from China. At the same time, negotiations on the customs reform with Parliament are making slow progress.
