Commissioners' rebellion in Pieper case fizzles out

The Commissioners' uprising against the appointment of Markus Pieper as SME Commissioner failed to materialize. Breton and Borrell were largely alone in their criticism. Pieper will move to the Commission at the beginning of the week.
