Angelika Niebler: The Committee on Legal Affairs does not want to waive immunity

The European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs has recommended not waiving the immunity of the co-chair of the German CDU/CSU group. The Parliament will not vote on the recommendation in plenary.
