AI and copyright: Vote on own-initiative report in plenary

The own-initiative report provides clear rules for the use of copyright-protected content in generative AI training. It envisages standardized, machine-readable opt-outs with a possible EUIPO registry solution, as well as stricter transparency and remuneration mechanisms.
