EU's 19th sanctions package: Positive response from member states

Under pressure from the US, the EU Commission wants to bring forward the complete import ban on liquified natural gas from Russia to 2027. The 19th sanctions package also targets crypto platforms. The Commission is preparing a proposal on how Russian state bank funds can be used.
