16th sanctions package targets Russian aluminum, but spares LNG

The EU wants to implement a 16th sanctions package by the third anniversary of the Russian war of aggression. Further tankers in the Russian shadow fleet and aluminum are to be subject to punitive measures, but not liquid gas.
