Stefan Lock – After New York, Afghanistan and Ethiopia, now to Bonn for the Commission

After a lengthy vacancy, the Commission's regional office in Bonn has a new boss: Stefan Lock has taken up his post. After working in Asia and Africa, at the age of 58 he is now returning to the region where he was a student.
