Ukraine, subsidies and migration: the topics of the EU summit

After surprise visits to London and Paris, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy is expected in Brussels today. The EU summit there will also be used to discuss migration and Europe's response to the US Inflation Reduction Act.
