Russian energy: Why von der Leyen's promise of ending imports is hard to keep

After a phone call with the US president, Commission President Ursula von der Leyen holds out the prospect of a quicker end to Russian oil and gas imports. However, willingness in Parliament and the Council is cautious at best.
