Middle East conflict: Why the EU is divided on the recognition of Palestine

Norway, Ireland and Spain are breaking with the long-standing stance of many Western countries of only recognizing a Palestinian state as part of a peace agreement with Israel. Palestine's ambassador in Berlin is calling for more speed from the German government.
