Meloni pledges support for NATO and Ukraine

The head of the right-wing Fratelli d'Italia party has been sworn in as Prime Minister. She describes herself as pro-European and pro-Western – but is in coalition with the pro-Russian Salvini and Berlusconi. Meloni's first major challenges are the energy crisis and inflation.
