How the EU can solve its communication problem

The pro-Europe mood is not bad, says Stefanie Hartung, co-founder of Pulse of Europe. Nevertheless, the pro-European citizens' movement also sees a need for reform. Europe needs to strengthen its sense of community and improve its communication.
