Gas storage facilities: Ukraine signals concession

Gas stored in Ukraine is supposed to keep Europe's energy prices in check during the winter. However, an international organization accused the government in Kyiv of unjustified interference in the market. Now there are apparently the first signatures on a memorandum of understanding to minimize the risks for European companies.
