Foreign minister in favor of further payments to Palestinians
The EU will examine aid to the Palestinians but will by no means suspend it. Foreign Affairs Commissioner Josep Borrell stressed this after an informal emergency meeting of foreign ministers on the sidelines of a meeting with the Gulf states in Oman. The Commissioner for Neighborhood, Oliver Varhelyi, was duped.
