Ex-chief prosecutor accuses Azerbaijan of genocide

Azerbaijan has been blocking the only road from Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh for months. Luis Moreno Ocampo, former chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, sees the criteria of genocide fulfilled.
