Ethics authority: How the EPP plans to move forward after the blockade in committee

Following the failure of the reform of the Rules of Procedure to establish the inter-institutional ethics authority, the EPP has a plan: it wants to reform the internal parliamentary procedures in the event of misconduct and then put the termination of the inter-institutional agreement to a vote in plenary.
