Cutting red tape for farmers: what the EU Commission is planning

Commission President Ursula von der Leyen wants to keep her promise to reduce bureaucracy: on Thursday, the European Commission will present its proposals. Member states should, for example, be able to act more flexibly in the national implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy.
