102 open legislative proposals: emergency procedure to ensure adoption until the election

Political compromises on 102 open legislative procedures should be negotiated by February 9. Otherwise, adoption in the European Parliament before the elections is no longer possible. An emergency procedure is now to ensure that the co-legislators have time until March 14 in individual cases.
