EU prepares sanctions against radical settlers

Various sanctions were discussed at the Foreign Affairs Council on Monday – both against radical Israeli settlers and new measures against Hamas. A resolution was passed against the Iranian production of drones, which Russia is using against Ukraine.

E-fuels-only solution: blockade among the member states

Germany has succeeded in ensuring that new vehicles can also run on climate-neutral fuels after the ban on combustion engines in 2035. There is to be a separate category for this in the registration process: E-fuels-only. A blockade between the member states has so far prevented a solution.
