Morawiecki elected as head of the ECR

Mateusz Morawiecki was elected as the new leader of the national conservative ECR party family in Brussels. He replaces Giorgia Meloni, who headed the party for four years. The French Reconquête politician, Marion Maréchal, was elected deputy leader.

Lobby contacts: NGOs gained more influence under von der Leyen
