Stoltenberg's €100 billion plan for Ukraine faces reservations

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has much persuasion ahead before the anniversary summit in Washington in July. At the meeting of foreign ministers, the response to his plan to secure €100 billion in long-term military aid for Ukraine was mixed.
