Chinese technology: Offshore wind turbines may pose a threat to national security.

The Ministry of Defense could halt the construction of a German wind farm fitted with Chinese turbines and monitoring technology over concerns of espionage and sabotage. This would set a precedent that could pose serious problems for the offshore wind industry.
