Vietnam: City administration calls for switch to fossil fuel-free drives

Vietnam’s largest city, Ho Chi Minh City, wants to switch completely to zero-emission vehicles by 2030. The measures could significantly reduce the high levels of air pollution in the rapidly growing metropolis.
