German government sued for late climate report

In addition to the constitutional complaint against the new Climate Change Act, Environmental Action Germany (DUH) also filed another climate complaint against the German government for failing to submit the 2023 Climate Protection Report on time. DUH argues that the government is thus failing to use a key control instrument.
