Food systems: How they must change to protect the climate and human rights

Agriculture and food production must become more climate-friendly and less dependent on fossil fuels and pesticides – for example, by supporting small-scale farming practices. This is the call made by the UN Special Rapporteur on Climate Change and Human Rights in a new report.
