ETS reform: NABU warns against extending free CO₂ allowances

The German Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union (NABU) warns that extending free CO₂ allowances would delay Europe’s industrial transformation. The European Commission is currently examining several options to reform the EU emissions trading system.
