Climate lawsuit: DUH calls for improvements to the climate protection program

In a motion for enforcement, Environmental Action Germany (DUH) is requesting that the Federal Administrative Court’s climate ruling be implemented. It is also challenging the new Climate Protection Program 2026. The organization is considering taking constitutional action against the Building Modernization Act.
